Request Your Transcripts

Transcript request UPDATE:

Any transcript requests must be made by filling out the form under the transcript request section (see below) and emailing or faxing completed form to: arandazzo@cspnohio.edu. We are waiving the $10 fee at this time. Transcript requests must be submitted by emailing this form. No in-office, in-person requests are available at this time.

For best results, download and open the form in Acrobat to enable the electronic signature feature. Otherwise, print, sign and scan completed form before emailing.

Transcripts will be mailed within 5 business days, and we must have a signed form emailed in order to release any transcript.

Use Our Learning Center

You can continue to look at books in the library, practice a skill in the lab, or use the computer lab to write papers, reports, cover letters, resumes, etc. Simply make an appointment request.

Employment Opportunities at CSPN

If you are interested in an adjunct or full-time clinical faculty position at CSPN, send a cover letter and resume to mlyles@cspnohio.edu.

CSPN posts LPN job opportunities on Blackboard, Facebook, and in the student lounge as the school is notified by community clinical agencies.  While CSPN does not directly place graduates into facilities as an LPN, it does offer resume and career support services through the Office of Student Services.  Students wishing to learn more about LPN job opportunities in Northeast Ohio are encouraged to visit websites and/or apps like LinkedIn, Indeed.com, NurseDash, etc.  Level IV students and graduates are encouraged to contact Wendy at wstaffilino@cspnohio.edu in the Office of Student Services.
